Terms & Conditions
Confirmation of bookings
• To make a booking a full amount payment is require.
• Payment can be made via online banking or via Stripe.
• Once payment has been received, confirmation of said booking will be sent via email.
Cancellations
• All cancellations must be received within 72 hrs of the booking date to receive a full refund.
• All cancellations after 72 hrs, no refund is given.
• The refund is redirected to the same account it was received by.
• The owner has the right to make a cancellation of bookings, if so a full refund is given.
Check-in Time: after 2.00 PM.
In case guest arrive before check-in time come, guest can take a sit back and relax in café.
Check-out Time: before 12.00 PM. (noon)

Yoong’s place is exactly as described and maybe even better! Yoong provides a fantastic map for taxi drivers and is extremely helpful throughout the stay. Nearby is a great market for meals and hot beverages (visit the tea lady!) and a 711. We only had time for one night and I definitely could have stayed longer. A must see stay off the beaten path. Would return to Yoong’s place!
Yoong est un hôte très attentionné : super sympa de venir nous chercher à l’aéroport ! Il nous a accueilli chaleureusement, nous a donné de très bons conseils et informations dont on avait besoin : on aurait aimé rester plus longtemps ! Je recommande 😉
