You can marvel at traditional stilt houses with their old style fishing nets. A way of life that was common but it is now increasingly rare. You will be part of a new world of countryside and vegetation that is a happy shock to the senses.
The journey lasts for approx. 1 hour and after passing a beautiful “Wat” (temple) you disembark at the interesting, 100 year old area of “Hua ta kae”. This used to be the local commercial and market hub along the canal. Now it offers a selection of wooden-built artisan shops and cafes.
